Read on to find out what the senior team has been up to this December.

What a fantastic year the senior syndicate children have had. We are so proud of our students and their achievements throughout the year.

We have had a busy last few weeks preparing for our leavers' assembly on Wednesday night. We were thrilled with their performance and how they looked so proud on the stage. We wish all our Year 6 leavers our best wishes for an exciting 2020. A big thank you needs to go to the Year 5 mums who prepared the supper and served the cups of tea! It was very much appreciated!

Other events we have been involved in over the previous few weeks have been being in the audience of the Christmas show - and what a show it was!  A huge well done to Mrs. Ferguson and Mrs. Fisher and the crew of pupils for putting on an outstanding show! I'm excited already for the 2020 show!

We were lucky enough to have a Zumba session this week with Codi the instructor from Wakari Zumba. It was so much fun and great to see our guys get out of their comfort zones and try something new!

Thank you to all our parents, grandparents and whānau who have contributed to the success of the senior syndicate this year - without your support so many of our opportunities would not be able to go ahead.

I wish you all a very happy, safe and warm Christmas! Meri Kirihimete!

Beth Downie and the Senior Syndicate staff.
