Athletics Day

We had a very enthusiastic bunch of students taking part in this year's Athletics Day. It was wonderful to see all students giving the activities a go and trying their best. We certainly have some future athletes in our midst!

Thank you to all of our parent helpers - this day couldn't have gone ahead without you.

PBL

Classes have been delving into the driving question: How can movement, relationships, and healthy choices work together to support hauora across our school community?

Classes have been exploring the milestones through syndicate and class assemblies, both indoors and out in the playground. They have been taking part in mindfulness activities, jump jam, games, and thinking about how to keep themselves and others safe.

We would love to have any family members who have expertise in any area related to our driving question share their knowledge with us. Please get in touch with your child's teacher if you think you could contribute to our learning this term.

Sunhat Reminder:

We still have a few students who do not have their school sunhat at school. Kaikorai-branded bucket hats are compulsory for all students in Terms 4 and 1.

If your child needs a new hat, you can purchase one from the school office.

Please be aware that any child without a hat will be directed to play in the shade during break times.
