Once again there is no compulsion to take part in our online programme as we understand every family has different needs and expectations during this pandemic. We will be making phone calls to families we don't see just to check everything is OK.
Classes will have their usual 10-30 minute check-in session, teachers will be teaching either 1:1, small group or whole class for 60-90 minutes. You can find your child's updated timetable for next week here. Class Timetables
We will also make available 1:1 booking times. This time is not intended for a general catch up for children. It is for further explanation and teaching for students who require additional help. Please be very clear about what your child is stuck on when entering information so that teachers can be prepared for the meeting. The links are below for each class.
It is highly unlikely that your child will be seen by their teacher every day during the teaching time due to the nature of how the teachers will be teaching. But we are endeavouring to see each child who is taking part in our online programme each week at a minimum. It will vary depending on the age of the child. Juniors are more likely to work 1:1 or very small groups while seniors will start in whole class and break away from there.

Devices
The Ministry of Education and Health have permitted devices to be collected from schools under very strict conditions. This will take place today between 2pm-6pm in the new classrooms. We need you to do the following...
- You will be given a set time to collect the device. If you miss your window you may miss out.
- Only one person may collect. No children please.
- Sign in on the Covid tracer App at the top of the stairs.
- You must wear a mask
- You must maintain a gap of 2m
- Only one person in each of the learning streets at a time.
- Parents in Year 1-4 will line up on the marked spots outside the north end of the building (Junior Classes)
- Parents in Year 5-6 will line up on the marked spots outside the south end of the building (Senior Classes)
- Please use the correct door to enter and exit
