Otago Swimming Champs Trials 2026

For children wishing to qualify for the Otago Primary School Swimming Champs, a school trial will be held on Thursday, the 12th of March, at 1.30 pm at Moana Pool. Children will need to bring their togs and googles on this day. We will require transport to and from the pool from 1.15 pm to 2.40 pm. We also require one parent helper for supervision.

The event will be held on Sunday, 29 March at Moana Pool. Doors open at 9:00 am, warm-up starts at 9:30 am, and racing from 10:05 am. 

Age groups begin from 9 years and under.

To qualify for the Otago Championships, children must reach the qualifying times for their age group. See the times below.
