Kaikorai Read-a-thon
Students showed great determination and enthusiasm as they worked hard to reach the reading goals they set for themselves.
Along the way, classes enjoyed a fun buddy activity, and we came together as a whole school for a special half-hour of reading in our learning streets — a wonderful sight with everyone sharing in the joy of books.
A reminder for families: Students now need to collect their sponsorship money over the weekend and bring their green cards back to Mrs Anderson in Room 8 on Monday. By doing so, they’ll go into the draw to win one of 32 exciting spot prizes.
