As a school, we continually strive to provide the best possible education and support for our students. To ensure we align our vision and values with the aspirations and expectations of our community, we are embarking on a review process to inform our strategic plan.

Your valuable input is essential in shaping the future direction of our school.

Purpose of the Community Consultation

• To understand the needs and expectations of whānau, students, teachers, staff, and other community members.

• To identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth within the school.

• To build stronger relationships and a sense of ownership among all stakeholders.

• To ensure that decisions made reflect the collective voice of the community.

  
  

This community consultation strategy aims to create a transparent and inclusive process that empowers all stakeholders to have a say in the future of Kaikorai Primary School.  By engaging with the community and acting on your feedback, we can continue to improve and provide the best possible educational experience for our students.
