What has the Parents Group been up to?

The disco raised over $1000, which was very pleasing, especially considering the filthy weather! It was great to have many helpers in the evening.

The pizza lunch continues to be a solid fundraiser each term, and again, you don't have to be a Parent Group committee member to help.

The Parents Group has asked teachers to consider 'wish list items' for resources they would like to have in the school that are not already budgeted for. We're excited to share with you the items we've purchased for the school soon.

What's on this term?

Our Bakehouse on Bond fundraiser closes on the 19th of May. If you have not ordered, please do so by clicking this link.

Term 2 Pizza lunch on 3rd July.

What do we need help with? 🙏🏻

We will need help from 1 pm the 30th of May with bagging up the orders - if you can help, please let the Parents Group know by emailing pg@kaikorai.school.nz 

We also need a collection of brown paper supermarket bags. If you have them at home, please send them to the school office.

Silent auction and raffle for the school fair 

If you have a connection to a business, would like to donate vouchers, have a holiday home you would consider donating a few nights in as a prize, can offer services (electrician, mechanic, hairdresser, chef, etc.) or wish to help in any way - we would love to hear from you. It was great to have some new faces at our meeting this week; new faces are always welcome. Our next meeting is at 6 pm on Tuesday 4th June in the staffroom. We'd love to see you.
