Week 4 Principal's news

Week 4 Principal's news

Your child has only been back at school for 17 days, yet the progress in learning is truly remarkable. They are already bringing home an impressive wealth of knowledge and experiencing incredible moments in both the classroom and on the playground. I've seen children presenting about their culture, seizing leadership opportunities, mastering sight words, playing with new friends, and exploring activities like choir or kapa haka. While learning can be tiring, we're proud of our Kaik kids for settling into the new school year.

Enviro group 🥕

This week, Miss Hardie established and started up an EnviroGroup. The group plans to create a vegetable garden, think about ways to tidy up the playground (lost property, for example!), and possibly add some planter boxes around the school. If you can help in any way, please let us know; email Miss Hardie at rhardie@kaikorai.school.nz .
