Celebrating NZEI Support Staff Day

Our teacher aides (Jill, Alex, Renae, Kat, AK, Margaret, Kelly, Sue, Jacinda, Tracey, Jess), office staff (Sam and Sharon) and caretaker (Kim) work very hard behind the scenes and alongside our students to help make our school a safe, caring, and successful place to learn. Their kindness, patience, flexibility, and dedication do not go unnoticed.

To celebrate, students created thoughtful cards and homemade gifts to show their appreciation. It was wonderful to see the care and gratitude our tamariki put into their messages and creations. We also shared a special morning tea as a small way of saying thank you for all that our support staff do for our school community. Thank you also to some of our families who treated us with some yummy morning tea treats to acknowledge the support staff!

A huge thank you to all of our amazing support staff for the difference you make every day. We SEE you and THANK you!
