Stall Helpers 🛍️

We are now looking for parent helpers to support each stall on the day. Whether you can spare an hour or a few throughout the fair, your help with running and managing the stalls would be greatly appreciated and will help make the day a success for everyone.

Bringing Weeks 🍫

As we prepare for our amazing school fair - we are asking students and their parents to kindly donate what they can towards the big day. These donations help us create fantastic stalls, prizes, and activities for everyone to enjoy on Fair Day.

Bringing Week 1 – Tombola Stall Donations
📅 Monday 27 July – Friday 31 July

Our first Bringing Week kicks off in Week 2 of next term! We are kindly asking families to support our School Fair by donating items for our popular Tombola Stall.

We would love donations of new items such as:

• Toiletries (soap, shampoo, body wash, hand cream, bath products)

• Homeware (tea towels, candles, kitchen items, storage containers)

• Stationery (pens, pencils, colouring supplies, notebooks)

• Children's toys and games

• Small gift items suitable for all ages

All donated items should be new and unused. Every contribution, big or small, helps us create an exciting stall for our fair-goers.

We're not running a dedicated School Fair Facebook page this year, so please make sure you're following and liking our official school Facebook page to stay up to date with all the latest fair news, reminders, and updates.

Donations of other goods 👕

We continue to be amazed by the sheer volume of donations being received for our School Fair. Thank you so much for your incredible generosity and support—it is truly appreciated!

Our donation container will continue to be open throughout next term. Please see the attached schedule for upcoming Container Open Days, including dates and times.

If you have a bulky or heavy item that you would like to donate, please get in touch with us first. Our container is getting quite full, so we can let you know the best place to bring larger items. kaikoraifair2026@kaikorai.school.nz
