Term 2

We have had such a fantastic time this term seeing our students settling into routines, and finding the best ways to approach their learning! A highlight for many was taking part in the Matariki mixed group activities, where students collaborated and learned together, celebrating an important cultural event. Our upcoming school production has also been a fantastic example of project-based learning in action, with our students diligently practising dance movements and developing their teamwork and discipline. Students have been taking more ownership of their learning this term, setting themselves goals, and it's been incredibly rewarding to witness them taking pride in their successes.

Term 3 Swimming

We will have our final block of swimming sessions next term in weeks 7 and 8 (25th-29th August, 1st-3rd September). More information will be sent out next term with cost, the times in the pool for each class, and requests for parent helpers.

Whānau-Teacher Learning Conversations

We would like to thank you for joining with us in the recent whānau-teacher learning conversations. Your commitment to engaging with us and discussing your child's progress is invaluable. Your insights and feedback help us best meet the needs of the children in our class. Thank you for your continued support and partnership in fostering a nurturing and effective learning environment.

Finally, we hope you are able to spend some quality time together over the holiday break. We look forward to seeing everybody next term, refreshed after a well-deserved break.

Many thanks from Tūī Hapori:
