Stall Helpers 🛍️

We are now looking for parent helpers to support each stall on the day. Whether you can spare an hour or a few throughout the fair, your help with running and managing the stalls would be greatly appreciated and will help make the day a success for everyone.

Bringing Weeks 🍫

As we prepare for our amazing school fair - we are asking students and their parents to kindly donate what they can towards the big day. These donations help us create fantastic stalls, prizes, and activities for everyone to enjoy on Fair Day. Below is a list of donations you can make leading up to Saturday, 19th September - THE BIG DAY!

Please drop off your donations to the front office on the allocated dates below.

Monday 10th August - Friday 14th August - Book Donations

Monday 24th August - Friday 28th August - Chocolate Donations

Monday 7th September - Friday 11th September - Plant Donations

Thursday 17th and Friday 18th September - Baking and Flower Donations

Your child will bring home a "Bringing Week" schedule this week. Pop it on the fridge so you can easily keep track of what item is needed each week for our school fair. Thank you for supporting this exciting event! 😊

Donations of other goods 👕

Wow! We are incredibly blown away by the support being shown at our container open days. Each session has been incredibly busy, with people dropping off amazing items for us to sell at the fair.

Thank you so much for your generosity and support!

Our next container open day is tomorrow, Friday, 19th June from 3:00–4:00 pm. Unfortunately, as there will still be children on site at this time, vehicles will not be able to enter through the school gates. If you are dropping off donations, please park outside the school and walk your items to the container.

If you have a bulky or heavy item that you would like to donate, please get in touch with us first. Our container is getting quite full, so we can let you know the best place to bring larger items. kaikoraifair2026@kaikorai.school.nz
