Stall Coordinators

Thank you to all of our volunteers who have already offered to help — your support is greatly appreciated!

We’re currently looking for a parent volunteer to take on the role of Stall Coordinator for:

“White Elephant” stall. If you love op shopping, sorting trinkets, and helping people find a bargain then this is the stall for you.

"Sports and Outdoor Gear" stall. If you enjoy camping, adventure gear, and sorting outdoor treasures, please get in touch with the Fair Committee - we'd love your help!

Stall Helpers

We are now looking for parent helpers to support each stall on the day. Whether you can spare an hour or a few throughout the fair, your help with running and managing the stalls would be greatly appreciated and will help make the day a success for everyone.

Donations of other goods

Wow — how lucky we have been with our “Container Open Days”! The container is already full of wonderful goodies to sell at the fair. Thank you so much to the families who have brought along items for us to store and sell at the fair. Your generosity and support are greatly appreciated!

Please feel free to reach out to neighbours and family to see if they have items to contribute. Start gathering books, toys, sporting equipment, clothing, and any pre-loved treasures, so they’re ready to go.

If you have larger or bulkier items you would like to donate, please keep an eye on our next newsletter for details about a date and time for drop-offs at our storage unit.

The container at school is next open on Sunday, 7th June, between 4.00 and 5.00 pm, a reminder that you can drive straight in to drop off your donations.
