Kaikorai Primary School Fair: Saturday, September 19th 2026

Kaikorai Primary School Fair: Saturday, September 19th 2026

Get ready for an unforgettable day bringing together our students, whānau, and the wider community! Enjoy a great lineup of food and beverage stalls, browse arts and crafts, take part in our silent auction, and discover so much more. There’s something for everyone!

Our primary goal is to raise funds for a field redevelopment (turf). These upgrades are essential to ensure our students have the best possible learning and play environments. By coming along and supporting the event, you’re helping us create a space where our tamariki can thrive—both in and out of the classroom. Every contribution makes a difference, and we truly appreciate all of the support in the lead-up to the fair.

Please read below for the different ways you can help support our school fair—these are just some of the first ways you can get involved and make a difference.

Sponsorship Opportunities

There are some opportunities for the wider community and businesses to become fair sponsors, and we would be delighted if you would consider one of the following options:

Stall Coordinators

We are currently looking for parent volunteers to take on the role of Stall Coordinators for our upcoming school event.

As a Stall Coordinator, you would be responsible for helping bring a stall to life by:

  • Organising the set-up and pack-down of your stall (with the support of our volunteers)

  • Overseeing the general running of the stall during the event (with the support of our volunteers)

  • Helping coordinate any helpers assigned to your stall

If you have a special interest, creative idea, or a particular type of stall you’d love to oversee at the Fair, we would love to hear from you at kaikoraifair2026@kaikorai.school.nz

New Stall Ideas

To help us make this the best fair yet, we’re always on the lookout for fresh and creative ideas! If you have a unique stall idea you’d love to see at the fair—or even better, one you’d like to run—we’d love to hear from you. New ideas keep our Fair exciting and fun for everyone, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch and share your inspiration. kaikoraifair2026@kaikorai.school.nz

Bringing Weeks

As we look ahead to Term 3, we’d like to give families a heads-up about our upcoming “Bringing Weeks.” During these weeks, we’ll be putting out a call for donations to help make our school fair a success. For example, we may host a Book Week or a Chocolate Week, where students are invited to bring along items to contribute. A timetable outlining each of the Bringing Weeks will be shared later in the term. These donations play a big part in creating our stalls and activities for everyone to enjoy, and we really appreciate your support in helping bring the fair together.

Donations of other goods

Over the coming weeks, we will share the specific dates our storage container will be open for drop-offs. In the meantime, it’s time to start that spring clean! Please reach out to neighbours and family to see if they have items to contribute. Start gathering your books, toys, sporting equipment, clothes, and knick-knacks so they’re ready to go.

Thank you for your ongoing support.
