The countdown is on, and we can't wait! Thank you to everyone who has already donated items and offered to help. Your generosity and support are helping make this year's fair a fantastic community event.

Bringing Weeks 🍫

Our first 'Bringing Week' kicks off next week.

Bringing Week 1 – Tombola Stall Donations
📅 Monday 27 July – Friday 31 July

We are kindly asking families to support our School Fair by donating items for our popular Tombola Stall.

We would love donations of new items such as:

• Toiletries (soap, shampoo, body wash, hand cream, bath products)

• Homeware (tea towels, candles, kitchen items, storage containers)

• Stationery (pens, pencils, colouring supplies, notebooks)

• Children's toys and games

• Small gift items suitable for all ages

All donated items should be new and unused. Every contribution, big or small, helps us create an exciting stall for our fair-goers.

Stall Helpers 🛍️

We are still looking for more volunteers to help on our stalls during the School Fair. The more helpers we have, the easier it is to share the workload and ensure everyone who is volunteering has the opportunity to take a break, enjoy the fair, and visit the other stalls. Even if you can only spare a short amount of time, your help would make a huge difference.

Below is a list of the stalls that are still looking for volunteers, along with the number of helpers needed for each.

Donations of other goods 👕

Our donation container will continue to be open throughout this term. Please see the attached schedule for upcoming Container Open Days, including dates and times.

If you have a bulky or heavy item that you would like to donate, please get in touch with us first. Our container is getting quite full, so we can let you know the best place to bring larger items. kaikoraifair2026@kaikorai.school.nz
