Poipoia te kakano kia puawai - Nurture the seed and it will blossom.

Swimming

School swimming lessons are an important part of a child's education and we would like to take a moment to thank all of the teachers and parents who have helped to make these lessons possible. Without your support, we would not be able to allow our students to learn how to swim and develop their skills in the water. We are so proud that many of our students have made significant progress in their swimming skills over the two weeks. We have seen students who were once hesitant to enter the water now enjoying putting their heads under and learning to float. Others have improved their technique and are now able to swim longer distances and perform more advanced strokes. It is incredibly rewarding to witness our students' progress and growth, and we are thrilled to see them develop a love and appreciation for swimming. None of this would have been possible without the support and encouragement of our JC Swim School instructors. Thank you to Jill, Aleisha & the team. We look forward to another block of swimming in Term 4.

PBL & Play - Space

We are now excited to get stuck into our space PBL & Play topic. As we delve into the mysteries and wonders of space, we will explore topics such as the solar system, the universe, and the latest space discoveries. We look forward to our visit from space experts at the Museum and later our visit to the planetarium. We have already seen children ask questions, share their knowledge, and express their wonder and excitement for space. It's going to be a great term of learning!

Assembly

Congratulations to Mrs Fisher and the Rūma Whitu crew on a fantastic assembly. We loved seeing your talents, hearing your beautiful singing and listening to your stories! A HUGE amount of work - well done!

Finally, Happy Mother's Day to all the incredible mums out there! You truly are the superstars in our little ones' lives, and we hope that you feel loved and appreciated not just on Sunday but every day.

Once again, thank you for your continued support!
