Jump Jam Competition 2024

Hard work pays off for Kaikorai jump jammers!

This year we had four teams competing in the Strictly Jump Jam competition at Kaikorai Valley on the 18th of August. Two teams competed in the freshman competition and two in the advanced category. 

All four teams competed and successfully gained a place in their respective categories. 

Little Party - 1st overall

Uptown Funk - 3rd overall

Stop, Drop, and Roll - 3rd in year 5 and 6 freshman category

I Got A Feeling - 2nd in year 4 freshman category

In addition to this Kaikorai was awarded the sportsmanship award for their support and encouragement of others throughout the event. 

A special congratulations to Little Party who have been invited to attend the national competition in Christchurch. 

We were super proud of all the students involved, who set a great example of the school’s KAIK values throughout the event.
