Our school fair on Saturday, September 7th, will be a fantastic occasion—a chance to show off our school since the full rebuild.

Funds raised from our fair will go towards our new play equipment that will benefit all our Tamariki.

The fair's success relies on support and help from the school community. We are looking for volunteers for the roles below.

• General Helpers for setting up and packing down the fair.
• Cashiers – based in the office on the day helping count the money as it comes in.
• Security – to walk around the fair keeping an eye on things.
• MC – to provide commentary during the fair on activities, updates and sponsors shoutouts.
• Entertainment – Do you know any magicians or musical acts that would be happy to perform?
• Activity – Could you help run an activity on the field like Lasertag, Zorbs or Hungerball?
• Stall Co-Ordinator to manage the logistics and running of:

  • Magic Hair, Nails and Temp Tattoos
  • Tombola
• Stall helpers for:
  • Chocolate Wheel
  • Tombola
  • Mystery Bottles and Jars
  • White Elephant
  • Toys
  • Clothing
  • Plants
  • Dunk Tank
  • Books
  • Facepainting
