Last Thursday 5th of December, the school hall was filled with whānau and friends, as the talented Drama Club and Choir came together to present their Christmas performance of “Is Santa Smarter?”.

A huge ka pai to the students for their hard work and dedication. Rehearsals began months ago, and their efforts paid off in a performance that had everyone clapping, cheering, and smiling from ear to ear.

We’d also like to extend a massive thank you to the staff members: AK, Renae, Harry, Mrs Mackay, and Miss Hardie, for helping make this play a success.

To our whānau and community who came to support the show—ngā mihi nui! Your cheers and applause meant the world to the students and made the night even more special.

The performance was a wonderful way to bring our community together and celebrate the creativity and talent within our school. What a perfect start to the holiday season!

Looking Ahead:
If your child is interested in joining the Drama Club or Choir in 2025, keep an eye out for sign-up information early next year.

Thank you for your ongoing support of the arts at Kaikorai Primary. We can’t wait to see what our talented students create next!
