Quiz Night Hampers

By Simon Clarke | Posted: Monday June 5, 2017

Donations for quiz hampers have been coming in thick and fast. We have extended the due date to this Friday - so if you haven't donated yet there's still time! If you have something at home that fits another theme better, please bring it along, the more we get the better the hampers will look, and the more money we will raise.

  1. Room 1 – “Pamper”

What’s your idea of a perfect night in? It might be candles, chocolate, warm socks, magazines, a nice mug of your favourite tea… the possibilities are endless!

    1. Room 2 – “Dad”

Let’s not forget about the boys. What would a man in your life love to receive in a hamper? Examples could be magazines, golf balls, shower gel, a beer glass… and of course Dads also like candles, chocolate and warm socks!

    1. Room 2A – “Gourmet”

A hamper full of gourmet treats. It could be a little jar of chutney, crackers, chocolate, a jar of spices, anything slightly out of the ordinary.

    1. Room 3 – “Grocery”

What it says on the tin, literally. A hamper full of useful pantry essentials, so grab a tin or a packet and bring it along.

    1. Room 4 – “Chocolate”

One for the chocolate lovers, anything chocolate would be appreciated for this hamper.

    1. Rooms 5 & 6 – “Hot drinks”

Anything relating to hot drinks would be great for this hamper – tea, coffee, hot chocolate, mugs, tea strainers, you could get crafty and knit a tea cosy!

    1. Room 7 & 9 – “Kids and crafts”

A fun hamper, full of stickers, colouring pens/pencils, glitter, googly eyes, hair clips, balls, colouring books… let your imagination run wild on this one!

    1. Room 8 & 12 – “Movie Night”

Movie tickets, DVDs, pop corn, coffee.

    1. Room 10 – “Domestic Bliss”

What’s your idea of domestic bliss? This hamper could have anything from candles to cleaning products, and everything in between.

    1. Room 11 – “Home baker”

Something a little bit different, we don’t want you to donate actual baking, but instead the things you need to bake at home. Flour, sugar, measuring spoons, cupcake cases, hundreds and thousands, cookie cutters, baking paper.
