Thank you to the families that helped their child bring their favourite story to share we did enjoy reading and looking at them.
Room 8 are looking at the NZ author Kyle Mewburn and we are going to be reading all the stories he has written.
Thursday is dress up day which we are very excited about. We hope you got our invitation to come and read stories in Room 8 between 2.15 and 2.45 on Thursday.
Our letter of the week is Rr please work on this letter with your child the name, sound and words that begin with this letter.
Maths focus is reading and writing the numbers to 20 and knowing what comes before and after these numbers. eg 13 comes before 14 or 18 comes after 19, This has to be done without counting from 1.
Thank you for returning the slip for our trip to the stadium Thursday week if you have forgotten please get it back to me asap.
