Ronald McDonald makes a visit

We had great excitement on Monday when Ronald McDonald appeared in the school hall to squeals of delight from the Junior classes. He taught us how to be safe around roads in a humorous but informative way. Please talk to your child about what they have learnt, so you can practise with them when out walking.

We are now delving into myths and legends from around the world.  Each class is looking at different stories to engage the children and help them make connections with different cultures.

Swimming starts next week at the DNI pool and we hope all the notices are in.  Thank you for your offers of help.

PMP ends this week and will begin again after the school fair in Term 4 when the hall will be free. Thank you to all the amazing helpers who gave up their time so readily - see you next term.

Student Work

One interesting day Ronald McDonald lost his sock. It was behind his back the whole time. He went to Kaikorai Primary School. He told us about road safety. We had to cross at the zebra crossing. I loved him coming he was funny.
