This year Kaikorai will be showcasing its second ever school movie!
Last term the Movie Ideas Team was formed and met each week to
share and discuss ideas. The group looked at how Pixel and other children’s
production companies look at the movie process. The group also worked with an
expert from Natural History New Zealand to get some local input. The Movie
group then pitched some impressive ideas to others and it has been narrowed
down to an exciting movie idea!
This term the Drama and Script groups will be taking off and developing our idea further. Next term individual classes will begin filming. Keep your eyes open for more movie updates!
