Welcome back!
We hope you all had a restful and fun holiday. We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow and hearing all about your holiday!
We are straight back into it with swimming beginning on Wednesday. This runs for 8 days. Children will need to bring their togs and a towel each day. Please ensure all items are named, including clothes. Hair needs to be tied up and a swimming cap is recommended. A big thank you to those that have offered to help during swimming. We are very grateful for your time! There is still a small number of permission forms that need to be returned so please ensure they come in on Monday.
This term our topic is space, with our big questions being ‘What is out there?’. We will look at the difference between night and day and learn about the different planets.
For the first two weeks our maths focus will be on measurement. We will measure different objects using hands, feet and rope. We will also compare different lengths.
A reminder that our library day is Monday so please send books along tomorrow.
