Basketball 2018

Please find the information that I have for Basketball for 2018

Miniball takes place at the Edgar Sports Center on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Games are a half hour in duration and are scheduled between 3:40 and 6:30 pm.

Games start next Thursday and not tomorrow as I had previously mentioned.

Kiwihoops ‘Mini’: year 3/4, half court, lower hoops, 2x10 min. halves. Start 17 May – Finish 23 August. Thursday afternoon. $45

Kiwihoops ‘Pro’ : Year 5/6, full court, 10 foot hoops, 2x16 min halves, Start 17 May – Finish 23 August. Thursday afternoon. $47

Kaikorai players should wear white, blue or black shorts on the court and a Kaikorai Singlet will be provided. A white, blue or black T-shirt can be worn under the Singlet.

Parents are responsible for their child’s transport to and from the Edgar and while at the venue.

All players will need to wear a mouthguard and these can be purchased from sports shops or at the BBO office at the Edgar Centre for $10.

The draw can be found at the BBO Website and it usually comes out by the Tuesday or Wednesday.

A huge thank you to all of the parent coaches and to Megan Day who will be taking practices on a Friday for Year 3/4 .  Year 5/6 have practice on a Wednesday with me.
