Parent help needed please!

Dear Parents/Guardians,

As part of our inquiry into life systems and adaptations, we will be visiting Orokonui Ecosanctuary. The education programme we will receive is a study about endangered biodiversity of native plants and animals.

Parent help will be needed to meet the required ratio expectations for the venue. If you can help please fill out the form below and return to your child’s classroom teacher ASAP.

Rooms 1 and 2a will be going on the 14th of June.

Room 2 will be going in the 15th of June.

(due to the elevated position of the sanctuary this trip may be weather dependent)

Children will be leaving school at 9am and returning to school by 3pm. Children will be travelling by bus. The senior syndicate would like to take this opportunity to thank the parent group for their support with the costs of this trip. There will be a small cost of $7 for this trip.

Children are required to bring: warm clothes to be outside, a rain jacket, good shoes for walking, packed lunch, water bottle.

A paper copy notice of the above information has gone home today.  Please fill it in and return ASAP.  Alternatively email your teacher to say your child can attend and if possible that you can help for the day.

Many Thanks

Robin Hartley, Jill Kumar and Ryan Ingles
