Term 4 Tirohanga trip
As a part of our Education Outside The Classroom (EOTC), classes in the middle syndicate will be having an overnight trip at Tirohanga Camp in Week 2 of Term 4. This will give us many opportunities to demonstrate the school values and give us plenty of real life learning opportunities across the curriculum.
We will be holding an information meeting in Room 6 at 6pm on Thursday 30th August (next week). It is especially important that you attend this meeting if you are wishing to come with us.
Important Information
Dates
Room 3 and Room 6 ~ Wednesday 24th October (leaving at 9:30am) - Thursday 25th October (returning to school by 2:30pm)
Room 4 and Room 5 ~ Thursday 25th October (leaving at 11:30am) - Friday 26th October (returning to school by 3:00pm)
Please note that this is Week 2 of Term 4.
Parent Help
We will need parent help and are fortunate to be able to take a large number of parents with us. We would like each group to have at least 8 parents.
Cost
The cost of this camp should be no more than $45.
Further notices will be sent home via e-mail throughout this term (paper copies will be available if needed).
