There will be a few notices / e-mails being sent home about camp over the next few weeks. Please make sure that you look out for these.
One of these e-mails will include a link to a Medical and Emergency info form for you to fill out. It is important that this Parental risk disclosure form and the Health profile form are completed by / for all adult and student participants in the EOTC event, to comply with school health and safety requirements.
The purpose of the forms is to enable the school to ensure that optimal staffing levels are provided, the specific needs of participants are met and the educational value and safety of events is maximised.
Details on these forms will remain confidential to school staff, contractors and volunteers associated with supervising activities on the EOTC event.
Parent helpers: Thank you to parents who have contacted us about coming for the day rather than overnight, which has meant that we are able to accomodate the overnight parents (only just).
As parent helpers, you will also need to fill out a Medical and Emergency info form.
