Tirohanga Camp - IMPORTANT

Tirohanga Camp is just around the corner. Teachers have been busy organising activities, visiting camp, sorting through data, and working through risk management forms. Children have also been looking into some of the activities they'll be participating in while at camp.

Thanks to everybody who has already completed the online forms (or paper forms if requested).  We are still waiting for a small number of parents who have not filled these out (either online or in paper form for those who have requested it).  We need to have this filled in so that we can collate the information as part of our requirements.  If you have not already done this, please do so as soon as possible - it will save us having to make individual phone calls to parents.  Please click this link to complete your child's health and medical information. 

The cost for this camp will be $45 which will be added to your account.


Parent helpers:

Due to the large number of parents wanting to help this year, we are going to have to include a $15 fee for overnight helpers (this is a fee that the school is being charged per adult per night).  If you are still wanting to attend but for any reason are unable to pay this, please contact Amy McBeath ([email protected]).


For those of you who have completed the forms to be a parent helper (both day only and overnight helpers), you will also need to click this link to complete your own health and medical information. If your circumstances have changed and you are no longer able to help during camp, please contact Amy McBeath ([email protected]).

Please note: Bringing preschool children is not appropriate.
