Welcome to Term 2

We have had a great first day together!

Kia ora Room 1 Whānau,

I am really excited about my new journey at Kaikorai Primary School and working alongside your child in Room 1. We have had a great first day together and already established some good routines.

It is going to be a fun and busy Term 2 with the focus being around financial literacy and Kaikville and developing a business model for the children to work through. This week we are working on highlighting our skills and writing our CV in preparation for applying for jobs within the Kaikville community. 

Most importantly however is going to be developing positive working relationships between Room 1 students and myself and getting to know each other well.

If you can, please pop in and say hi before or after school or if you see me on back gate duty after school.
