BOT election update

By Simon Clarke | Posted: Wednesday June 5, 2019

Voting papers for the Board of Trustee elections have been sent out and you should receive yours in the mail shortly. Please note that we have been advised by New Zealand Post that they can no longer guarantee that all envelopes will be postmarked. Therefore please be advised that voting papers need to be received at school, in the correct voting envelope (one vote per envelope), by noon on Friday 7 June in order to be counted as valid. If a voting envelope is received within five (5) days after the closing date and does not have a valid postmark indicating they have been sent before noon on election day, the vote will not be able to be counted.
Please vote early to ensure your vote counts.
