SCHOOL FAIR 2020

By Simon Clarke | Posted: Monday March 2, 2020

The school fair is held every two years and is the Parent group’s biggest fundraiser. In 2018 we raised just over $35,000. The money raised from this year’s fair is to go towards new equipment for the school.

It takes a lot of people to run a successful fair and we really need your assistance.

We are currently asking for people to indicate if they are likely to be able to help.

The fair date is: Saturday 17 October 11.00am to 2.00pm

Our draft stall list includes: Baking, books, bouncy castle, café, candyfloss, chocolate wheel, clothing, coffee, dunk tank, face painting, Flick the fire engine, gingerbread men, gumboot throwing, hot dogs and chips, hot ham buns, hug a pug, ice creams, magic hair and nails, mystery bottles, plants, raffle, sausage sizzle, silent auction, sushi, tombola, toys, white elephant

If you have any suggestions for other stalls or anything general about the fair we’d welcome your thoughts.

We are also starting to organise the raffle prizes as it takes some time to get the tickets designed, printed and sold. Do you have anything you would be able to offer as a raffle prize e.g. a holiday home we could use for a long weekend etc? If you do could you please get in touch.

Could you please fill out this form or contact Kelly Macknight (Fair co-ordinator)

Thank you from the Parent’s Group!
