This newsletter contains an important survey for parents requiring their child to return to school on Thursday 14th and Friday 15th May. You don't need to do anything if you are sending your child back to school on Monday 18th May.

Monday 18 May - School is open to all students!

Hopefully, the news from the Prime Minister has brought a smile to your face as we begin to head into Level 2 at midnight on Wednesday the 13th.  Kaikorai School will be open for all children on Monday the 18th.  A full newsletter will be sent home on Friday explaining the Level 2 conditions for schools.

We understand that your circumstances may change as we move into a new level.  We will be able to open up extra classrooms based upon demand.  The learning conditions will be similar to Level 3.

  • Your child will not be with their regular teacher
  • The learning programme will be predominantly your child's online learning programme.
  • Drop off time will be at 8:50 and collection at 3pm
  • Children will need to enter a specified gate.
  • No parents are to enter the school unless they sign the visitor's book in the office
  • The adventure playgrounds will be out of bounds


If you need to send your child back on Thursday 14th and Friday 15th please fill out the forms below for each of your children.

These forms close at 9am on Wednesday and we will not be able to take late applications.
