SCHOOL STREET PARTY

By Simon Clarke | Posted: Thursday July 23, 2020

SATURDAY 17 OCTOBER 11.00am to 2.00pm

Three months until the School Street Party! If you happened to have a clear out in the school holidays we would appreciate donations of your second hand items for the clothing, toys, books, white elephant stalls etc. There are labelled plastic bins at school for your donations, or pick up can be arranged. Could you please keep any big items until the week before the Street Party as we have limited storage.

Volunteers

It takes a large number of people to run the Street Party and we need more helpers please. If you haven’t already put your name forward could you please email Kelly at [email protected]. Thank you to those people that have already volunteered. We can’t do it without you!

Community Stalls

We have been very lucky in previous years to have had so much support from our School families and their businesses. Given recent events, we would like to provide an opportunity for you and your business to either set up a stall to promote/sell your products, or to advertise in future newsletters going out. We are not requesting any payment or money from your sales. This is purely to say thank you. If you are interested please contact Kelly on [email protected]

Thank you!

Thank you to those who have been able to offer us support:

· Black and White Dance Studio

· Body Synergy

· Cre8ive

· Design Windows

· Fairfield School Band

· Firebrand

· Grant McLean, Ray White

· Otago Childcare Centre

· Salisbury Holdings Ltd

Any money raised from the street party will go towards items for the new school that are not funded by the Ministry of Education.

Thank you from the Parent’s Group!
