Less than a week to go!
Silent Auction
The silent auction is live! We have some amazing items so please register to bid. Anyone can bid, so we would also appreciate you sharing the instructions with your wider family and friends.
To register text “Kaik” and your name to 2834. You will receive a text back with a link that will take you to the site so you can enter your details.
Raffle
Could you please make sure your raffle card is returned to the office by Tuesday. It is not compulsory to purchase all or any tickets from your card, but you must return the card to school whether completed or not please. If you have sold all your tickets and want another card you can get more from the school office. Cards that are not returned will be charged to your account.
Donations
Thank you for all your donations so far! We are still accepting items. They can be dropped off to the School hall from Monday 12 October until Wednesday 14 October, either between 8.30am and 9.00am or between 3.20pm and 6.00pm. If you need to drive into the school you are only able to do this from 3.20pm.
Please do not drop off any items after this time as we won’t have time to sort them.
Baking
Please drop off all of your baked goods/sweets/treats to Room 2A between 3-6pm on Friday 16 October. Please do not bring any baking on the morning of the street party. If you haven’t returned your baking slip yet, don’t panic! All baked goods are warmly welcomed and appreciated! However, it is really important to have your baking labelled with all ingredients please. You can either attach your own ingredients note to your baking or pick up a form from the school office that you can fill in and attach to your baking. These will be available from Monday morning. If you bring your baking in a container that you would like back, please label this with your name so they can be collected/returned after the street party. If you have any questions please call Ros on 027 2424894.
Gazebos
If you have a gazebo you can loan us, could you please let Kelly know [email protected].
Helpers
