Covid Update - Saturday 21 August - Devices

Next week we will be at Level 4 until Tuesday and our online learning programme will increase.  We have made the decision to plan for the worst and distribute our devices in case Level 4 is extended or we move to Level 3 after Tuesday. 

Once again there is no compulsion to take part in our online programme as we understand every family has different needs and expectations during this pandemic.  However, if you do need extra devices to take part in our online programme then this email is very important.

The Ministry of Education and Health have permitted devices to be collected from schools under very strict conditions.  This will take place on Sunday afternoon between 2pm-5pm in the new classrooms.  We need you to do the following...

• You will be given a set time to collect the device
• Only one person may collect.  No children please.
  
• Sign in one the Covid tracer App
  
• You must wear a mask
• You must maintain a gap of 2m
• Parents in Year 1-4 will line up on the marked spots outside the north end of the building (Junior Classes)
• Parents in Year 5-6 will line up on the marked spots outside the south end of the building (Senior Classes)
• Please use the correct door to enter and exit
• Parents picking up devices for children in different parts of the building can walk through the joining corridor by the toilets.  Please start at the junior end.
  
• This is your only chance to collect a device
